Free Parking Space

Air Conditioner

A total of 3 air conditioners are installed in the dining kitchen, tatami room, and bedroom.

Fee Wi-fi

High-speed internet is available anywhere in the house. The average internet speed is 90 Mbps, so you can do video conferences such as ZOOM and video distribution without any stress.

Wood-burning Stove

A wood-burning stove from Norway (Jotul) is installed in the dining room. A fee will be charged for use.

Aomori Hiba Bath with Garden View

We have prepared an Aomori cypress bath rich in hinokitiol, which has strong bactericidal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and collagen production-promoting effects. Relax in the Aomori Hiba bath, where 3 adults can bathe at the same time, while enjoying the scent of cypress and the view of the illuminated Japanese garden. The bathroom has body soap, shampoo, conditioner. The changing room has bathroom towels, face towels, bath towels, scales, and a washbasin with a river stone washbowl, toothbrush set, cotton pads, cotton swabs, Hair brushes, hair ties, shavers, and hair dryers.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker, electric griddle, tableware, cups, wine glasses, cutlery, coffee dripper, coffee server, teapot, pot, frying pan, cooking utensils, saran wrap, aluminum foil, sponge, detergent, dish towels, kitchen paper, sugar, salt, oil, seasonings (soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, vinegar) are available.

Hearth Table for 8 People

Unlike old Japanese houses, there is no need to eat on tatami floor mats. The dining kitchen has a custom-made hearth table where you can sit in comfortable Danish chairs. You can also put charcoal (with additional fee) in the hearth to boil water or cook a pot. Please refrain from cooking meat or fish that emits oil or smoke at the hearth.

Free Drink

Casa Miyama's original blend drip coffee is available. In addition, green tea from Kyoto Ippodo, rooibos tea and black tea tea are always available.

King Size Bed

Although Casa Miyama is a 110 years old house, we made a Western-style bedroom so that you can sleep comfortably on a Tempur's king size bed. In addition, there are 8 sets of futons in the Japanese-style tatami room.

Sunken Kotatsu & Beads Cushions

Casa Miyama has two sunken Katatsu, low table over a hole in the floor (with a heat source underneath and a hanging quilt to retain warmth during winter), and two huge beads cushion, Fatboy, from Netherlands and four beads cushions from Japan so you can sit down and relax on tatami floor easily.

Music Speaker

BOSE music speaker is installed. You can enjoy music connecting your mobile phone to the music speaker by Bluetooth.

BBQ

You can enjoy a barbecue on the garden terrace surrounded by stone walls. Weber's BBQ gas grill and outdoor bonfire wood stove are available. When it rains, we will set up a tarp tent, so you can enjoy BBQ even under the rain.

Toilets

Unlike traditional Japanese house, Casa Miyama has two the spacious and stylish restroom with modern Japanese shower toilet inside the house, one near the bedroom of the Japanese-style tatami room and the other next to the Western-style bedroom. Restroom has a Spanish ceramic washbowl and decorated with Japanese wood block art.

Picnic & Firework & Star Watching

We made a picnic space where you can enjoy firework and start watching at night.

*We have not installed TV so that you can enjoy the countryside away from everyday life.
It was a very fashionable and wonderful space! About 2 hours by car from Osaka, it's perfect for a short trip, and I was able to spend a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
