For breakfast, you can enjoy our famous "Spanish Breakfast" that is made of a plenty of ingredients from Miyama and Spain at Cuina Miyama, attached house next to Casa Miyama. For dinner, you can enjoy Miyama's chicken sukiyaki with Miyama's local free range chicken and ingredients, the Casa Miyama BBQ set which features Miyama venison and homemade Iberian pork sausages and seafood. We also offer "Botan Nabe", hot pot with boar meat from Miyama for winter, and "Hako Kaiseki", set menu that includes sushi, tempura and so on catered by a local restaurant through a year. Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own food to cook on your own. Casa Miyama has a tile kitchen with a Spanish marble sink, rice cooker, toaster, microwave oven, pots, frying pans, cassette stove, hot plate, cooking utensils, seasonings (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, soy sauce, mirin, sake, vinegar), tableware, cutlery, cups, wine glasses, etc. Bring your favorite ingredients and drinks to enjoy cooking in our inspiring kitchen.

In addition to bringing your own food to cook, we also offer the popular "Casa Miyama BBQ Set", "Miyama's Chicken Sukiyaki", and in winter, "Botan Nabe" with Miyama boar meat.

BBQ with your own food
This is a barbecue tool set when you bring in food on your own. The set includes Weber's BBQ gas grill, 2 terrace tables, 10 terrace chairs, parasol, tarp (for rainy weather), cutting board, carving knife & fork, tongs, barbecue plate, and disposable chopsticks. A bonfire wood stove (not available in rainy weather) can be rented for 2,200 yen per use (including a bundle of firewood). Please refrain from bringing in BBQ stoves or bonfire stand. 1,000 yen per person (1,100 yen including tax)

Miyama's Chicken Sukiyaki
For chicken sukiyaki, we use free range chicken from Miyama. The vegetables to cook with chicken are from local famers as much as possible. It also comes with cooled rice that is harvested in the village of Casa Miyama and pickles from Miyama. 4,000 yen per person (4,400 yen including tax)

Hot Pot of Miyama's Boar Meet
Miyama wild boar meat hot pot is available only in winter (mid-December to end of February). The vegetables to cook with chicken are from local famers as much as possible. It also comes with cooled rice that is harvested in the village of Casa Miyama. In addition, it comes with cooked rice harvested in the village of Casa Miyama, pickles from Miyama, and dessert. 5,400 yen per person (5,940 yen including tax)

Catering "Kaiseki"
Japanese dinner set with sashimi, tempura, simmered dishes, and sushi rolls. Comes with soup.

Breakfast
you can enjoy our famous "Spanish Breakfast" that is made of a plenty of ingredients from Miyama and Spain. The breakfast is served at Cuina Miyama, attached house next to Casa Miyama, from 8am to 9am. Meals has to be ordered at least 3 days in advance. Please order the same food for a group.

It's a traditional Japanese new year's dish prepared by a local restaurant that can be eaten by two people.
