If there is no other guest's reservation on the day of check-out, late check-out at 15:00 is possible for a fee (tax included ¥ 22,000 per building). Capacity: 8 people *Please contact us if you have more than 8 people. Child price: 0-5 years old is free if no meals or bedding provided. If only bedding without meal, ¥2,000 per child. *Children over 6 years old will be charged the regular price. Cancellation fee: 21 days to 15 days before check-in:: 30% of the total accommodation fee 14 days to 8 days before check-in:: 50% of the total accommodation fee 7 days to 1 day before check-in: 80% of the total accommodation fee The day of check-in or No Show:: 100% of the total accommodation fee *The cancellation policy is a little strict because the entire building is reserved for only one group per day. Agreements
Regardless of intention or negligence, the hotel will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur within the facility. We are not responsible for any injuries, burns, or fires caused by using any equipment or tools, including wood stoves. It is prohibited to make loud noises, vibrations, smells, or other acts that may disturb the neighbors. It is prohibited to bring in dangerous goods and act contrary to public order and morals. Regardless of intentional or negligence, if the interior or equipment is damaged or lost, the user will be responsible for all damages, and may be required to pay compensation. Due to the thatched wooden construction, smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please smoke in the designated outdoor smoking area. If we found that you smoked inside the building, you will be fined up to 300,000 yen according to Japanese law. Please refrain from using e-cigarettes as well.
